It's two years since I lost myself. Had a wife and we lost a newborn. She got so damn angry and depressed that I was infected. She left but she did not take this anger. Why am I angry, damn why am I so damn sad?

First, you are underrating yourself. You have managed to rear three kids. That asshole does not deserve anything from you.
I understand loneliness but it doesn't have to be that big a budern. You don't have to be constantly sad to be alive.
