Re: Am I reacting in a "Normal" Way?

Hi destination, I totally get what you're feeling tight now, I myself am at a similar age, and for years have wondered what's wrong me with, with others continually ignoring my cries of help. This can be extremely difficult for anyone, however, super hard to hear when it comes from friends or family...

Re: When will depression end already

i completely understand how you're feeling, depression is so complicated and annoying sometimes. have you tried talking to your parents or a therapist or someone just to talk to? talking to someone, especially someone with experience on the topic, can really help release some frustration you may fee...

Re: I'm so sad

hi Frank, its easy to just see the negatives in life, and point out your flaws, but maybe try and listen to your friends, because they obviously see something in you that you don't ! i myself focus on the negatives in life and constantly think about what others will think of me, however, i have foun...

Re: Hi...New and spiralling

i understand how you feel, but you musn't blame yourself, it sounds like you're doing fantastically in the current situation, in that you're still managing to look after everyone else! however, it may be beneficial to find some time for yourself every so often if possible, and just do something you ...

i feel guilty for the way i feel

does anyone else get like severe guilt for their feelings? like i don't mean this in a bratty way, but i have a good life, like there's nothing for me to be unhappy with, yet i am unhappy. myself and others (especially my parents) find this so hard to understand, making me feel even shittier!

do you ever just feel like your brain is tormenting you. reminding you of how easy it would be to cut yourself, you can imagine the blade and the calmness it can bring. or you think about death, how you would just go to sleep and never wake up. i try so hard to resist these thoughts, and i often win...
