Kelp for thyroid problems?
I haven't been diagnosed with hypothroidism but I have a lot of the signs of it and a family history. My doctor doesn't tend to listen when I say I think there's something wrong and I was wondering if anyone has heard about or tried kelp for hypothyroidism. I'm considering seeing how it effects me but I'd like to know others experiences first.

No haven't heard of that. I am on medication for the thyroid. Simple blood work will show if there is anything going on with your thyroid. Honest.
Request that blood work be done, wish I could remember the name of the blood test, but anytime I have blood work, for anything, I request they also run that test.
The thyroid controls or effects so much.
Just a suggestion.
