It doesn't matter

It doesn't matter
what I do.
It all boils down
to the pit of it all;
that one factual
notion,
that one earnest reality,
that one natural
thing.
The dastardly dreary
and dreadful thing.
No light, no air, no no not ever.
Not nice, not now, not why
not never.
No more, you see, that thing
I thung; that thwarting
twisted towering ting.
It doesn't matter what I do
for without you there's nothing.
Not now, no how, no way
not ever!
He took you away and everything with you.
I'm broken and bumpled and bangled and bruised.
It doesn't matter what I do,
For my life has no meaning.
I am without you.
what I do.
It all boils down
to the pit of it all;
that one factual
notion,
that one earnest reality,
that one natural
thing.
The dastardly dreary
and dreadful thing.
No light, no air, no no not ever.
Not nice, not now, not why
not never.
No more, you see, that thing
I thung; that thwarting
twisted towering ting.
It doesn't matter what I do
for without you there's nothing.
Not now, no how, no way
not ever!
He took you away and everything with you.
I'm broken and bumpled and bangled and bruised.
It doesn't matter what I do,
For my life has no meaning.
I am without you.
