A thief and a scoundrel

Postby AnneW » Sat Feb 03, 2018 2:40 pm

"You're a thief," said she
"and a scoundrel."
Slither up into my womb
and extract the yoke.

Velvet and lustrous
thy stolen bounty
serves only you
on a 50 foot pedestal.

You're a thief
and a scoundrel!
A knave and a liar.
A pedestrian offender.

Slither back from whence you came
and of you I shall think no more.

Hi AnneW

I totally feel for you. I felt the same way with how you felt when my 4th x-boyfriend broke up with me. But I'm glad he did, because I learned that I didn't really need him at all. I became much stronger because of this. I guess everything happens for a reason, and there is no such thing as coincidences.

Thank you for sharing this with us.
