Oops! N-n-n-no! I didn't mean it that way. My allergy is being very difficult, so I have to plan a more stringent diet/lifestyle, try out some things, etc. It's just going to require perfection.... & well.... which I'm not, so I was a bit distressed about it. However, I'll have to do it.

I'm also not entirely sure about what it is I will be doing. To complete one day for what I will have to do to ward against the allergy will be a lot. I've just been tired (the perfectionist thing I may have to do just to be healthy, which goes well beyond taking some vitamins, eating properly & exercise).... If it works though, it will be worth it, I guess.

Just trying to cope & look for the light in it.

It's not because I feel like I can cure myself. That's never been it throughout the entire journey for overall wellness. It's that I feel I should not entrust myself to healthcare people, who have failed me time & time again. For my particular problem, I'd have to take antibiotics--or something & the antibiotics is not an option. (I mean like I can't take that year round. It just wouldn't be good to do.)

I will be trying to plan my final countermeasure & execute it precisely. If it doesn't work, I will go to a doctor to see what is said--but I don't see what anyone could tell me....[/i]

Of all things.... On Halloween, I had food poisoning again, mild though. Golly golly gosh....

The last time it happened the turkey came from the grocery store in West. This time, the meat was chicken & it came from the grocery store, just past Sion Farm.... It is the SAME CHAIN. They are just getting on my dang nerves now.

The good news is that I caught it early. I threw some apple cider vinegar in my water & that cooled out the problem. Thank goodness for quick thinking....

Of course, my Dad ate it.... & he didn't get sick.... (He has an iron stomach.)

It's a little better! No sniffles, except from dust when I was cleaning... Yeah, I couldn't help it.... I still did some cleaning, since I had set my mind to it.

I'll keep an eye on this thing. I'm not 100% yet. I don't look sick, but I feel like it. I know it's not a big deal! I don't really ever get a full blown cold! (I'm lucky!!) :D
