Internal Scan and Re-set

Sounds pretty computery to say it like that, but that's the process I've begun. I think at 51 I'm seeking to put my life right in the best way I can.

While I may not be able to eradicate depression, OCD, and anxiety in my life, I think it's time to balance it with the rest of my life. Especially balanced against my spiritual life. or maybe "with."

In the short term, I'm exploring the possibility of unloading or clearing as much negative karma as I can. It could be that the karma I think I carry is all an illusion. LOL! The humor and irony would not be lost of me!

I think at the very least, I want to plow level the spiritual field of my life. Or at least get a reasonably good view of what is there.
