Not a Good Place

That anger shifted to depression. It's a path my mind likes to take. It's easier for it to go to depression than it is to go another route. The path is too well-worn.

There has been some ideation but no plan. I guess that's something. I've caused a lot of people a lot of harm. And there is grief, too. .... and anger. And pain.

I hope this all passes very soon.
