Have to express all my goodness and all my happiness today, as I feel quite happy and hyper today woo!! :D :D
Woke up in such a awesome mood, and woke up smiling :D
I don't know why though? But actually been in a "okay" mood for most of today, pretty much of an improvement for me. Eh? :)

But in some ways I feel a little guilty for being happy and smily today? Is that normal? :/

Anyway...

Everyone has emotional and mental health needs. Maintaining good mental health is important because it influences how we think and feel about ourselves as well as others. It can also affect how we deal with everyday life events, such as relationships and coping with change. Looking after our mental well-being is just as vital as looking after our physical well-being. Great thread!
