Hey I think I really know how you feel. The past couple of days I've actually shielded my eyes whenever I walk past a mirror because I just hate the thought of myself so much. What I've done is just find something, anything about myself that I like. I've found that life really is balanced, so whenever I'm having an attack I just try to get through it and something really good usually happens later that day.

(Sorry, kind of turned that into a rant (I actually had a lot more, but I cut it out and started a mini-journal entry with it), but I hope it helped you Warm)

How do you guys do it??? I mean, sometimes I feel "ok', sometimes I feel "GOOD" and like today and yesterday, I feel HORRIABLE! The kind of horriable where all you can see is darkness. Where you hate what you have become and who you are. The kind where you feel trapped in this glass bubble. You can see all around you, but you cant touch it. You cant feel any joy, happiness, and fear is all around you that youll never break free again.

angeliz, its hard but to me hope gets me through everyone of those bad days and I take every breath in one the good days I do have.

Whenever I feel down, I play some really heavy, aggressive songs on guitar and get it out that way. Sometimes I also write poems...both help pretty well.

When I am in anxiety overdrive, I usually talk to people (notably 1 or 2) and slowly come down from it. People are our greatest resource. :)

i think reading make me forget about things that depresses me
it makes me detached from the reality though it really benefits me as i create my own point of view about things

depression for me is thinking too much helping my self staying focused on something will ease thing up a little bit .
