Lonely thoughts

Postby CrazyLady17 » Sun Dec 15, 2013 10:04 am

Having thoughts about always been lonely and will never find someone to keep me company when I am older. Thoughts of growing old all on my own and raising this baby as a single parent.
Thoughts of always being lonely and thoughts of people ignoring me and turning againist me when I am older.

Does anybody else feel/felt this way?

Just because you are alone now, doesn't mean that it will always be a case. Being a single parent can be difficult but it can be very fulfilling too. Kids make us strive to do better.

Try not to worry about people turning against you, but your fear of that would be a good thing to discuss with your doctor. Sometimes they can tell you how to cope with such thoughts.

Thank you.
I suppose you are right and I do kind of agree with what you are saying here... Hmm guess so.. I guess I fear I will always be alone and will always have to be a single parent and struggle. I suppose I have some anxiety issues aye?

Yes okay I will speak to my doctor about this when I next see her on Tuesday.
I am that fearful I have been having panic attacks over it.

Also crying myself to sleep because I feel like I'm going to be alone forever. I think it's the depression talking....
What do you think?

Lonely thoughts have appeared again in my mind. Oh dear lord.
I always wonder will I ever find someone who will love me for me? Or will I always be alone and die with like 30 odd cats?!!
Come on I am being serious.
Why does depression make me feel this way?
Isolate myself from the world.
