I don't know about you, but if I watch one more documentary (that may or may not be true if it is anything other than NOVA), I feel like I'm going to mentally throw up. Most of the stuff that comes up are about personalities selling their stuff that we don't need, may never happen, and often don't help the stress levels (learning something that is soothing like meditation or musical instrument or a really good self help book is not what I'm talking about.).
But I found someone online that really helped me today. His name is Preston Smiles. You can find him on youtube under "Preston Smiles."
He has some wonderful advice and has really thought this out very well. In fact, it seems like what I wanted to say and what he is saying is the same thing. The same exact thing. So check him out. You don't have to buy his books if you're really hard up, but you should at least listen to some of his videos.
