Changing Your Environmental Quality

Postby CitM » Tue Jan 17, 2017 11:35 am

There are many things people cannot control. But there is more they can control than most of us think we can. Here is one that I think may help a lot, indoor plants. The more the better. For those who have allergies, nonflowering ones are good. Add to it an air filtration system even if you don't have allergies.

Make the inside of your home as oxygen rich and the air as clean as you can manage. If you live in an industrial town or mining town, this is especially important. If you live in areas that have a lot of chemicals used regularly, this is important and if you live where there is a lot of vehicle traffic, it is very important until emissions are reduced another half, by whatever means countries and industries decide to do that.

Also, green plants lower stress levels, clean the air, humidify the air, and are restful to the eyes. So please consider helping yourself and your family. Rule of thump is usually that the plant should take up the volume of space of each person in the household to make a good difference.
