Stroke recovery

Postby eugena2001 » Mon Feb 11, 2013 9:08 pm

I'm not great with this forum thing.
I can't seem to find others in this situation...I found this from Lost all Hope.
I had a stroke on 1/1/13....it didn't affect my cognitive or speech but I can't help thinking of the next one....how debilitative.....work?.....
Anyone else out there with similar issues?

im sorry but i cant realate to you much on this subject, all i can say is not to overworry about "next time" ...because sometimes the fear of the thing creates the thing... try to relax and dont overexert yourself, its the only advice i can give.

best regards
