how was your experience with telling your family that you needed support- possibly more

mine wasn't good... my family were never their for me anyway, but now they have a reason not to be

My mum found out and guided me to get help. No matter what happens you should always tell someone. I know someone always does understand and thats us. You shouldnt feel ashamed. Who do u live with? Family? Are u seeking profesional help? Aslong as u go to someone then thats all what matters.
