Getting more friends these day is quite easier and we have many sites to get new friends.

Be there. Don’t be afraid to text, write, meet for coffee or call to let them know you care. Be ready to listen,even if they’re not up to talking. Encourage and support your friend to visit their GP for professional help

Is their depression worsening and are they isolating and heading in a downward spiral?
