Psycosis

My wife was diagnosed with a mental illness Psycosis a form of Skits.
She has become very violent and seeing things,hearing things etc.
We have been married for 24 years and now she is getting worse,trying to get me in trouble by telling lies,she thinks I`m having an affair,stealing from her to give to the other woman.
It has got so bad that I had to leave.I can`t eat or sleep and shaking all the time.
She won`t take her psycotic meds and I just don`t know what to do!
