Hi Every one this is a first for me and hopefully the first step in managing my depression im hoping to recover from this to finally live life the way its supposed to be lived. Anyway hope to meet you all and have some help along the way.

PS. If you're not sure what to post, wait for someone else to say something wise, and then agree. Works for me!
Seriously though, I believe that you'll find quite a few useful new thoughts and insights on this site. I know that I have. Obviously, you don't have to post if you prefer not to. But, please don't underestimate how much you yourself have to contribute to this site. And, I say that as someone who occasionally has low self-esteem myself.
