New to these forums

Hay, after about 3weeks of using the main chat, i've decided to use the forums aswell. I have depression and anxieties.

oh, my nan used to live in westcliff, by southend. are you on any medication or having therapy for your depression?

No medications, waiting for a phone call for the therapy and I have a doctor's appointment on Wednesday.

Yes definately welcome to the forum. Both the forum and the chat are good. Sometimes like with me, the chat is a good idea, or the forum is easier depending on how I feel, So glad you are making use of both.

Welcome to the forums. Even, if you are English! ( I'm kidding. My Father was born in England, in Salford, near Manchester. But, we DON'T talk about it! I have English blood in my veins. Oh, the shame of it! I've struggled all my life with guilty longings for tea and cucumber sandwiches....)
Seriously though folks, I've never been in the chatrooms, but I've found the forums very helpful in starting to manage and recover from my own depression and anxiety. I hope you will too.
