Depression Understood Forums

Hey everyone,

Newbie here, first off let me introduce myself. My name is Nat, I am in my mid 30's and am from Manchester, United Kingdom. I suffer with anxiety, depression, low moods, diabetes, PCOS and Cerebral Palsy. I am pretty much house bound due to my illnesses

I have 8 tattoo's, am massively into football but in all honesty I like most sports. I walk with a limp due to my CP but luckily I am still able to walk and am not in a wheelchair.

I have joined this group/forum as it was suggested that I find somewhere online by a medical proffesional so that I can hope in and out for a chat with people who are in a similar situation to me.

Anxiety, depression, low moods, diabetes, PCOS and Cerebral Palsy...That's quite a hand you were dealt! I have anxiety, depression, low moods, and OCD.

I just started in this space, too. I hope we both find what we need.
