Long time depression survivor (53); teenaged dau. with ADHD and BPD and a teenaged son with Anxiety and recent cancer surgery.

I feel like I'm barely holding on.

How very painful and frightening. Remember things change all the time and will get better. I know that is hard to hold on to when you are going through so much suffering. I will be praying for you, your son and your daughter today and throughout the week.
