Hi to the community here..umm I don't rightly know where to start. It's been a long time coming, but I finally had to face that I've got a lot of depression, anxiety, and a host of other issues that have caused irreparable damage to my relationships.
My hope, is to get a little insight, and start patching the leaky boat that I am as I await getting help from a professional.
Fear brought me here, and I'm a little frightened, but I have to fix myself for myself.
I'm a little lost right now..and I hope I can find a bit of guidance.
