Hi Katie!

I just wanted to welcome you to the forums. I also have PTSD and chronic depression, and I've found a lot of really good support here. I'm usually busy hogging the chat room from around 8pm my time (2am your time) until whenever, so if you feel like it, please drop in and say hi. There are almost always a few of us hanging around in there around that time.

I'm in the UK too -- South West -- here, also (probably obviously considering the nature of these forums), I have depression.
