Always good to hear when someone is on an upswing.
I am rapid-cycler so sometimes it is like, I wonder which Monty is going to wake up this morning. A slight exaggeration but I can swing quite wildly. I know it makes things difficult for those around me.
Are you as affected (or effected) by weather as much as I am?
For the past few days we have been experiencing wonderfully, sunny weather. The temperature has been warm. I went without my jacket yesterday, today is gloomy and we have snow in our forecast for tomorrow.
My mood has followed suit, though I never thought that I suffered from Seasonal Affective Disorder before this year.
