Fear of Hights (From the ground)

Postby DannyBoi » Fri Jan 09, 2015 5:40 pm

ive always had a fear of hights!
but also if im in a place with a high ceiling and i look up i get a real uncomfortable feeling! sometimes looking up at clouds gives me this feeling "sometimes" ;)
ive always thought of it to be weird and only ever spoke to 1 person who gets the same feeling lol
anyone else experience this?

I'm also afraid of heights.

My friends did the bungee jump and I can't even watch them.

It feel like I will have a heart attack

For me its very weird. Because one day i can be afraid of heights and the next day i can do the exact same thing and not be afraid of the same height. Its about putting the mind at ease, this is hard when it comes to heights because one wrong move or overindulgence can make you have an accident. Theres definitely no reason to be worried about some heights. Like the height of a normal house, or looking up at the clouds. Clouds are not dangerous, but i dont know what to say. I dont think its extremely common to die from falling. Just be very careful with yourself when dealing with heights.
