hey guys im having trouble catching up with the threads ,ive got my big
apptmnt with my phychartist tommorrow ,so im writing stuff down in
a book to tell him ,you know this could be my last chance to make him listen ,ive got to tell the truth ,with the weight loss as well ,i got to get it
together ,if you could see me now ,you would think i was a corpse
that aside ,im very weak and tired ,and i would hate to have you think
that i had been ignoring any posts ,i have been reading and my thoughts
as you should know are with you ,so please dont think ill of me i be back
to normal soon ,and you be fed up of hearing me lol ,just because you can see me doesnt mean im not here ,stay strong my dear freinds ,
and if you should see a unfamiliar shadow pass over you dont worry it is not the dark of depression it is me as i walk beside you ((((()))))to you
