Dear wonderful moderators!

You probably remember me as the one who is whining about fewer catagories. I want, once again, to ask the moderators if it's possible to run the idea of fewer catagories past the bosses and try to make this less time consuming - hitting every catagory to see if there is something for you there. Maybe they could consolidate some of them. Many of them could be consolidated easily into a new catagory. Pop three bubbles with one pin. (don't like the "to kill three birds etc. etc".) I would like to just be able to go to one place. I guess this is sort of like email. I don't know. Just wondering.

Your loyal fan,

Aurelia5

I quite like Aurelia5 idea. I must admit I find it quite hard to keep up with all the posts, I tend to be on the site during the day when others seem to use it in the evening so having lots of places to check whether there are new posts makes it tricky.

Hello Aurelia5 and Hatch

Good to see you both coming to the forums and posting as you have been.

Concerning the catagories. One solution for you or anyone is the:

"View posts since last visit" area.

This is located on the right hand side, top portion, on the home screen. When you click on that it will show the posting that has happened since you were last on.

This does simplify your having to go into each category, to check for posting. I hope this helps you with the situation.

Welcome to the forums.

Warmie/Jeanie.

As a message from one of those computer illiterates, thanks for the suggestion of looking for the "view posts since last visit' part.

Had no idea at all, that you could do that.

Will make things much easier for me.

Thanks again.

YW, glad I was able to explain something for a change. I am with you, not the greatest on computers myself.

Thanks for all your time and posting in forums.
