^ I actually wanted to be a nun in a convent. The kind of nun that would go around to all different countries and teach people how to heal.

> Just finished baking banana nut muffins and letting them cool.

v If you could speak in front of an audience just once, what message would you want to bring to the people?

^ That's hard!! If I have an appetite, scramble eggs or scramble fried eggs. (It depends on which I feel like making.)

If I don't have an appetite, a cup of a smoothie beverage.

Did I cheat?

^ I wish I could have met Ghandi and gotten to know the person behind the legend. I was told the other day in main chat room I sound like him so I been reading up on him. I don't think i'll be fasting anytime soon but i would love to sit and talk philosophy with a mind like his.

> Just got back from dinner with daughter and grandson. Letting food settle.... mmmmm..... tamalies. :)

v Name one thing that you are going to do to pamper yourself today. By the way, you have to do it too. :) You should always do one thing to make yourself feel good each day.

^ My husband and I rarely ever fought and the worst it ever got was "honey, could you please not do this anymore, it irritates me".... but that doesn't mean i never fought with someone.... I think the best thing to do after a fight is try to calm down. Once you are calm, sit down and try to explain what was wrong and how it made you feel. But don't forget to let them know "next time, it would be better if ....." so they know how better to handle it the next time the situation arises. Once you talk it out calmly without yelling, things can get resolved. But as much as you talk, listen to that person as well. Listen to what they are reallly saying and not what you think they mean.

> sitting here with a kitteh in my lap and listening to the thunderstorm outside rage

v Do you think there is a market out there for books on psychology. And is it a strong one? How have they helped you.
