St john's wort

Postby hazeleyes » Thu Mar 24, 2016 3:03 pm

Anyone have any experience with st john's wort? I think I need a med change...again :x . Meds usually stop working for me after 1 to 2 years. I'm so tired of taking medication especially when I have to keep changing them. Anyway I've sort of looked into st john's wort over the years and now I'm seriously considering trying it. I've recently read that it's commonly used for depression in Europe. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and how it affected you.

Tried St. John's Wort because I wanted something natural. It works for a while, but it wears off. The affect is a mild, pleasant, tranquil effect. To me, it felt peaceful. Again, it doesn't last long. Two weeks, give or take. That's all I know, on my end, as far as potency is concerned.
