Depression Understood Forums

I recently decided to write a short article about my own experiences with depression, and about how people react to mental health and the taboo that surrounds the subject.
I try to also offer a bit of help and advice to people who are suffering, and to those who are close to people who suffer.

I wrote the article to try and give a helping hand to those who suffer, and just a bit of support, you are not alone in the way you feel.
