When I was severely depressed I was in no place to do yoga and such, but now I am less badly depressed, yoga, and meditation help tremendously, when I remember to do it I think the key to getting great benefits from it is doing it regularly, which I tend to fail at hehe. But yeah I totally recommend it, definitely go for it there are lots of videos on YouTube for beginners if you can't get to an actual class and things
