lasagna

[Obayan]

1 jar spaghetti sauce (italian seasoning blend)
1 small container ricotta cheese
1 small container small curd cottage cheese
1 large bag mixed shredded cheese (like for a pizza)
parmasean
1 lb hamburger
1 lb sausage
1 package peperoni slices
1 large box lasagna noodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Boil noodles until soft.
Brown hamburger.
Brown sausage.

Layers =

1. perpperoni
2. sauce
3. noodles
4. hamburger
5. cheese
6. sauce
7. noodles
8. sausage
9. cheese
10. sauce
11. noodles

Top with rest of cheese.

Bake for about 1 hour.

If you want, you can also add in one more layer....

diced onions, mushrooms and olives. Really brings it alive.
