Hi Pantazi,
Martial art not only increase your coordination but also make you disciplined and increase your confidence. Martial art is ideal for those kids who do not do well in team sports and gives them the ability to flourish this activity, while combining mental and physical practices.

I've been doing Martial Arts/Self Defence over 30 years.

How long have you been doing it?

Why are you telling me your theory on the Martial Arts?

I got sick so I had to quit right before my aikibujutsu black belt test after 10 years of practice. I also did some tae kwon do, muay thai, bojutsu, and shinkendo. I'm looking to get back in to doing something but I need to start light and I just haven't found anything that fits my style as well as aikibujutsu. There is aikikai style which would be softer and easier for getting in shape but I don't want to replace the street effective, harder aikibujutsu style.
