Agreed with @Inn. Depression can happen to anyone - politician, lawyer, doctor or even teacher. It sounds like you might need some help with coping. Maybe it’s worth considering talking to a counsellor or therapist about what you are going through .Maybe they can help you with some coping mechanism ...
