As a last comment to you, there is not a person on earth, or who was ever on earth, who understood or understands what humans are suppose to do.relative to the earth. If you can't see that, I'm sorry for you. But don't blame your depression on your inability to accept Nature as being more relevent ...

I'm sorry you see man on earth as a cancer. We are parts of Nature. Nature, not us, gave us existence. I believe we are being used by Nature for some positive reason. Yes we polute. Yes we "hurt" the planet, as we understand the planet. But we are such a small part of the earth, which is ...

The money isn't yours. Keeping it is catamount to stealing and has nothing to do with your suicidal thoughts. You know this or you wouldn't have posted. Give the money back and chat with some people on DU. You'll feel better. Ah.. here is an interesting breakdown of the wallet I've found: 1. the mo...

Meloncholic Anchovy, does it matter if the human race isn't around for as long as the dinosaurs? What do you mean by around? Do you KNOW that human beings aren't modern day dinosaurs? Yes, it does - frighteningly too. The things that Mankind has brought both upon Mother Earth and upon Themselves, m...

A Walk with Depression

I awoke this morning around 2am (courtesy of Zopiclone - x4 tablets) feeling not quite rested, and worse, feeling DOWN. So I whiled away an hour or so on the Internet, checking mails and such, and soon became bored. I decided to shut down my PC & lay down in bed to perhaps fall asleep or just st...

A Long Lasting Opinion

It has been with me for the longest time (since childhood), that Mankind (aka the Human Race), will not last even a fraction as long as did the Dinosaurs.

Zopiclonified

I was due for my next appointment with a Psychiatrist who was treating me over the past months, but when I called him to tell him that I have run out of Zoplicone, he turned me down flat. Saying that I ought to be warded to be weaned off Zopiclone. In the first place, Insomnia is very much part of m...

I used to think that, my Mind, belongs to me. Absolute. But today, I find that it isn't so: my mind isn't "truly" mine - it's like, someone else have gotten hold of my Car Key, made duplicates of it, and drives off in it whenever it wants to, and to wherever it wishes. Then, returns it muc...

Suicide is not an answer, and if you are feeling this way, maybe your doctor needs to adjust your meds a bit in the time of depression. I would think that Suicide is neither a 'good' or 'bad' thing - just depends on one's circumstances (or religious ethos), as a Human living in this - not so glorio...

Lost in an Ocean of Rising & Falling Waves of Moods trig

Hello everyone, I'm NEW here and I'm from Singapore. I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder by my psychiatrist and am on a slew of prescription drugs. It's been some 5 months now (I'd discount 2 months in 2012 from November to December under a GP's observation), and although I'm feeling a li...
