I know how to drive, but I used to have seizures that made it unsafe to drive. They are very rare now, but I still have fear, what if it happens, I zone off, and kill someone. I would feel responsible for that. That's something I have a real difficulty overcoming. I live on land where I do drive to ...

However, I have many talents and abilities that I thought well outweighed these things and I give those things my all. For a few days, I felt so much better, like I had a new understanding with my family. I f...

Are you still married and with your co-worker? There is a lot of added stress to not only cheating on a marriage (even a bad one), and especially with a co-worker. If you've been staying for the sake of your child....don't! It doesn't do the child any favors. Your happiness is what will make your ch...

Many of my symptoms were greatly reduced by making sure I didn't eat certain things, while eating more of others. For one, don't eat fast food. The growth hormones are very bad for us. So are the soy fillers for those of us with plenty enough estrogen production as is. Another is salt. Unless you sw...

I should be happy...

I have folks coming over for a get together. No doubt it will be fun. Many things in my life have never been better. However, instead of joining everyone, I'm up here in my room sitting in front of the fan and wishing I didn't have to get up. Now I know my depression is going too far. I recently los...

We have a few things in common. I was obsessed with counting as a teen. I counted in fours my steps up to 16, then started over. I had no idea why I did it. I stopped in my early 20s. I also suffered from a lot of depression in my teens. After decades of experiences, here is what I figured out that ...

Coming full circle.

Throughout my life, I've had bouts of depression. Some severe, and many that just left me having no idea what I was going to do and long recovery times. Somehow I pulled through. I found out later most of these issues were due to health problems, and anything mental was just a side affect. However, ...
